Residential Snow Blowing in Fredericton, NB
How we Operate
At Pond Snow Removal your satisfaction is how we measure our success. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards to ensure our clients can count on us when mother nature throws us a curve ball.
Preparation
We start the season out by going around to each property to stake the ends of the driveway. This helps us to identify the edges of the driveway once the snow is on the ground. Protecting the lawn at the same time. We also take this time to carefully asses and note any possible hazards to avoid and ensure we don't get any surprises hidden under the snow.
What to Expect
We are continuously monitoring the forecast in anticipation of a snowstorm. Once the snow begins we monitor the conditions and wait for accumulation. Our decision to fire up the equipment is dependent on the amount of accumulation. Generally we service our clients after snowfalls of 5 cm or more (unless requested otherwise). Once the city plows begin to service the streets we start out behind them to clean up the mess. Generally this is once the snow has stopped but this is largely dependent on the severity of the storm.
What we Expect
We ask that you please keep your driveway free and clear of anything that might cause harm to us or our equipment. This helps us to work safe and ensure that we can provide all of our valued clients the service they deserve. In the event that our equipment is damaged by a foreign object ( such as a frozen newspaper) you may be liable for the repairs.
